The retail portion of the 20:20 Complex is now 88% preleased with its newest lease to Screaming Sky Gallery. Kathleen Healy represented the landlord and the tenant represented itself in this transaction.  

Benco is pleased to announce Flavor has just pre-leased space at the 20:20 Project on NE Alberta.  The 20:20 Project is now over 75% pre-leased with only 4 spaces left.  

The Fiction Tribe has just leased the last remaining vacancy at the Acme Building.  Ben McInnis of Benco brokered this transaction. 

The Guild has just leased 10,000 SF of warehouse space at 16th and NW Savier.  Ben McInnis represented the landlord in this transaction. 

We are pleased to announce Denise Razzeto and Ben McInnis reprsented the landlord in our most recent 5,277 SF lease with Billups Worldwide at Oswego Pointe. In less than 12 months Benco has succesfully leased 12,000 SF of vacant space at Oswego Pointe I & II bringing the buildings to 100% occupancy.   

Benco is pleased to announce it represented the landlord at East Portland Commerce Center in its most recent lease to University of Western States.

Denise Razzeto of Benco has just sold 2337 SE Ankeny for $525,000.  Denise represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
