Benco completes relocation assignment for the law offices of Aldrich Eike, P.C.

Aldrich Eike, P.C. has just signed a new lease to relocate its practice to the American Bank Building in downtown Portland.  Benco was able to lower Aldrich Eike's overall fixed real estate costs by 30% over the term of their new 5,072 SF lease.
