Smith Optics has just leased 12,500 SF for its new North American HQ at Indurstrial Home in SE Portland.  Benco represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.  

For the second time in 12 months Benco has sold 321 NW Glisan.  Denise Brohoski and Benjamin McInnis represented the seller in this transaction and have been retained by the buyer as the exclusive leasing agent. For more info click here.

Stephen Wood and Benjamin McInnis of Benco represented both the buyer and the seller in this off market transaction.  The buyer intends to redevelop the property and resell the the finished product as for sale residential housing.

Benco is pleased to announce the sale of the East Portland Commerce Center for $4,100,000.  Benco represented the seller, 122nd Group, LLC, and the Buyer, Kalberer Company, represented itself.  Benco has also been retained to continue on as the exlusive leasing agent for the property.

Plow Works, a 33,000 SF creative mixed used redevelopment, is pleased to welcome Ergo Depot!  Ergo Depot, the largest seller of adjustable height desks and ergonomic furniture in the US, will be expanding its Portland HQ and showroom with this move.  Benco is pround to have been able to represent both the landlord and the tenant in this 5,200 SF lease transaction.
