7-Eleven Renews!

Benco is pleased to announce it has just completed a 5 year renewal with 7-Eleven, on behalf of the landlord, at the Song Center.  Benco was engaged to renew 7-Eleven after negotions had already begun amongst the landlord and tenant. Based on our depth of market knowledge we were able to create enough leverage  to negotiate a rental rate that was 25% more favorable for our client.
