Benco is pleased to announce it represented the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde in two new office leases at the CTGR Building on Barbur Blvd.  Lewis & Clark just leased 2,781 SF and the Profeessional Insurance Network leased 2,199 SF.

Integrative Chiroporactic & Wellness Spa  leased 2,200 SF at the East Portland Commerce Center.  Benco represented both the landlord and Integrative Chiropractic & Wellness Spa in this transaction.

Benco has leased 1,201 square feet of retail space at 1723 NE Alberta Street to Red Sail, LLC, an accessory, home & gift boutique formerly available online only. Kathleen Healy represented both parties in this transaction. 

Benco has leased 1,453 square feet of ground floor restaurant space to El Gringo Gordo, LLC. Kathleen Healy represented the Landlord, River Preservation, LLC. El Gringo Gordo LLC is a new concept being unveiled by Nick Zukin, co-owner of Kenny & Zukes and Sandwichworks.
