Benco is pleased to announce Kathleen Healy has just leased 1,550 SF at Block 90 to Riffle NW for its office.  Riffle NW, a sustainable catch-inspired sea food concept, is set to open in mid May 2012.

Benco is pleased to announce Kathleen Healy has been retained as the exlusive agent for the sale of Albina Yard.  

Benco is pleased to announce it has leased 1,549 SF to the Vibrant Village Foundation at Alberta Central.  

FMT Solutions has just lease 2,126 SF at Oswego Pointe I.  Ben McInnis and Denise Razzeto represented the landlord in this transaction. This is the second lease completed in just under 3 months bringing our total new leasing activing at Oswego Pointe to 4,200 SF.  Stay tuned as we will have more new leasing activity to announce at Oswego Pointe soon!
