Plow Works, a 33,000 SF creative mixed used redevelopment, is pleased to welcome Ergo Depot!  Ergo Depot, the largest seller of adjustable height desks and ergonomic furniture in the US, will be expanding its Portland HQ and showroom with this move.  Benco is pround to have been able to represent both the landlord and the tenant in this 5,200 SF lease transaction.

New York based social media agency Laundry Service has expanded its precense to the Pacific NW by opening a new office in the Eastside Exchange Building. Benco is pleased to have represented the landlord in this transaction.

Trailhead Coffee ("Craft roasted. Bike Delivered.") will be co-locating with Ranger Chocolate Company at the new Stark Vacuum redevelopment on NE Grand & Davis.  The duo, represented by Denise Brohoski of Benco, has just leased 4,000 SF in the redevelopment.  

Knuckleheads Inc has just leased 1,103 SF at the new Stark's Vacuum redevelopment on NE Grand Ave and Davis.  Denise Brohoski of Benco Commercial real estate represented Knuckleheads in this transaction.
