Benco has just leased 1,592 SF to Mt. Hood Community College at the 501 Hood Building.  Benco represented the landlord in this transaction.

Kathleen Healy of Benco represented Salt & Straw Ice Cream in this newsworthy lease transaction. This will be their second Portland location, due to open late March 2012.

Green Leaf Juicing is set to open its new store in the Pearl at the Riverstone Condos.  Kathleen Healy and Ben McInnis represented the landlord, Hoyt, in this transaction.

Stumptown Coffee Roasters has leased 37,000 SF at 119 SE Main St in Portland's Central Eastside Industrial area for its new headquarters.  The new site will house all of Stumptown's operations and departments, including Roasting, Production, Training, Call Center, Service, Green Storage, Q/C and Administration.  Kathleen Healy and Ben McInnis of Benco represented Stumptown in this transaction.
