Benco is pleased to announce it has just been hired as the leasing agent for Eastside Exchange!

Eastside Exchange (formely Convention Plaza) is the Central Eastside's newest adaptive redevelopment.  Beam Development and the Portland Development Commission have teamed up to deliver what will be the first phase in the Burnside Bridgehead redevelopment.  This 100,000 SF project is almost complete and now pre-leasing for August 2013 delivery of tenant suites.

Benco pleased its to announce it has just leased the last remaining vacancy at the 20:20 Project to Tofugu.  The 20:20 Project, a 20,000 SF mixed use new development on NE Alberta, broke ground in early 2012 and opend its doors in January.
