Benco is pleased to announce it has just completed a 5 year renewal with 7-Eleven, on behalf of the landlord, at the Song Center.  Benco was engaged to renew 7-Eleven after negotions had already begun amongst the landlord and tenant. Based on our depth of market knowledge we were able to create enough leverage  to negotiate a rental rate that was 25% more favorable for our client.

Benco is pleased to announce it closed the sale of 5215 N Lombard for a sales price of $869,000.  Benco represented the seller and was able to obtain multiple offers within weeks of listing the property and closed the sale in 30 days from start to finish.  

Eastside Exchange is pleased to welcome its newest tenant Welocalize. Benco represented the landlord, Beam Development, in this 6,500 SF lease to Welocalize.   

Benco is pleased to announce it has just completed the successful sale of 321 NW Glisan to Orton Development from Northern California.  Orton will immediately begin redeveloping the 85,000 SF building and Benco has been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the vacancy.  Stay tuned for more leasing information on 321 NW Glisan in the coming weeks! 

Denise Razzeto of Benco represented Northwest Investment Counselors in the relocation of their office to Kruse Woods V.  

Benco is please to announce it has just sold the former Walmart located at 3500 SW 21st Place in Redmond, OR.  Rhea Iverson of Benco represented the buyer in this transaction. 

Thrivent Financial's Lake Oswego branch now has a new home at 5 Centerpointe.  Benco represented Thrivent in this relocation which was the 3rd assignment we have completed on their behalf over our tenure as their leasing agent.
