Benco is please to announce it has just sold the former Walmart located at 3500 SW 21st Place in Redmond, OR.  Rhea Iverson of Benco represented the buyer in this transaction. 

Thrivent Financial's Lake Oswego branch now has a new home at 5 Centerpointe.  Benco represented Thrivent in this relocation which was the 3rd assignment we have completed on their behalf over our tenure as their leasing agent.
