Benco leases 5026 SE Division to seasoned Portland restauranteur for new concept.
Benco has leased 1,453 square feet of ground floor restaurant space to El Gringo Gordo, LLC. Kathleen Healy represented the Landlord, River Preservation, LLC. El Gringo Gordo LLC is a new concept being unveiled by Nick Zukin, co-owner of Kenny & Zukes and Sandwichworks.
