Benco was engaged to renew 7-Eleven after negotions had already begun amongst the landlord and tenant. Based on our depth of market knowledge we were able to create enough leverage to negotiate a rental rate that was 25% more favorable for our client.
As a testament to our clients’ satisfaction with our services this assignment was the second consecutive lease we completed on behalf of Legal Anywhere.
